Immunology, Autoimmunity Job Overview:

This role will involve a Senior Associate Scientist/Scientist to offer mechanistic insights, preclinical leadership, and translational support for a growing pipeline of cancer and autoimmune disease therapies. Primary Job Responsibilities: Conduct and analyze in vitro/ex vivo studies using primary human immune cells. Perform detailed immunophenotyping with multicolor flow cytometry and FACS. Manage the isolation and culture of primary human/non-human PBMCs and immune cell subsets. Assist in designing, constructing, and testing viral vectors, with thorough documentation and data communication. Primary Job Requirements: Ph.D. (0-5 yrs), M.S. (2-7+ yrs), or B.S. (5-9+ yrs) in Immunology or similar, with lab experience. Must have hands-on experience with in vitro primary human immune cell studies. Well versed in flow cytometry, FACS, and cellular immunology assays. Experience with antigen-specific T cells and molecular biology, especially lentiviral/retroviral vectors. Experience in creating stably transduced T cell lines and knowledge of TCR V(D)J recombination or autoimmunity research.
