West Monroe is seeking an innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to lead our TA Technology function within the TA Operations team. The Talent Acquisition Operations team is dedicated to improving recruitment processes, policies, and tools through innovation and technology. We utilize project management, design thinking, request management, and change management to deliver effective solutions. Our goal is to build strategies and scalable talent programs, enhancing recruiting effectiveness with data-driven insights.
Reporting to the TA Operations Senior Manager, you will oversee all TA tech platforms, including, but not limited to, Greenhouse, Gem, and Goodtime. Additionally, you will manage aspects of recruitment marketing and branding in collaboration with our marketing team. We are in the process of redefining our strategy with recruitment marketing & brand, and this is an opportunity for growth within our team over the next few years.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize, administer, and upgrade TA platforms
Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation in TA processes
Lead selection, implementation, and change management for new technologies
Ensure effective adoption and usage of platforms
Collaborate with recruiters and vendors to pilot and evaluate new functionalities
Integrate AI and automation into TA technology ethically and legally
Partner with various groups across the organization, including business leaders, IT, and HR Ops to build and enhance scalable solutions and processes
Lead and manage projects related to TA platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted
Operate with agility and adaptability while prioritizing competing initiatives
Communicate and manage change within Talent Acquisition; build change plans that encompass training and communications
Oversee branding for job boards, partnering with Marketing to ensure brand is up to date
Manage events and campaigns in our CRM (Gem)
Contribute to redefining our recruitment marketing and brand strategy
Key Experience and Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role
Experience managing TA technology, including administration, configuration and implementation
Strong preference for Greenhouse ATS experience
Familiarity with AI tools
Basic project management skills
Experience in change management, including training and user adoption
Vendor relationship management
Campus/high volume recruiting experience is a plus
Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
Salary Information:
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.

Los Angeles:
$110,900—$123,200 USD
New York City or San Francisco:
$115,900—$128,800 USD
