We are in the process of recruiting a PART TIME Billing Clerk for our team. This role is based in West Hazelton, Pennsylvania, 18202, United States and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for the precise management of customer accounts, including processing applications and resolving inquiries. You will also play a vital role in monitoring accounts and taking necessary actions.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Keep up-to-date records of customer credit

• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments

• Handle customer support related to billing inquiries and account issues

• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile billing accounts and reports

• Implement and maintain billing processes and procedures to improve efficiency

• Generate and analyze billing reports for management review

• Ensure the accuracy of invoices in compliance with company policies and contract terms

• Regularly audit billing data to identify and correct errors

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Perform other duties assigned by management to support team objectives.

• Proficiency in using Epic Software for various billing and financial tasks
• Comprehensive understanding and ability to perform accounting functions accurately
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and ensuring timely payments
• Familiarity with handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensuring correct recording of transactions
• Ability to efficiently manage answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
