Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Serving as the primary administrative liaison to clients for assigned partners and leaders

• Facilitating smooth operation of administrative processes

• Composing and proofreading correspondence letters, memos, reports, presentations, and emails

• Organizing and scheduling meetings along with managing the location, invites, catering, etc.

• Coordinating event and travel logistics along with associated expense reports

• Managing highly confidential information and handling it with the utmost discretion

• Maintaining electronic filing systems, processing paperwork, copying/filing, and prioritizing calls/mail

• 2+ years Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and report creation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and tasks

• Capability to create and edit presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficiency of Microsoft Word for drafting, editing, and formatting documents

• Experience with scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient time management

• Familiarity with travel coordination, including booking and itinerary planning

• Ability to manage filing systems, both digital and physical

• Proficiency in scanning documents and ensuring their proper storage and classification

• Experience handling confidential documents with utmost discretion

• Ability to manage confidential correspondence, respecting privacy and security protocols

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and conversion
