Job Description
We are in the process of adding an Administrative Assistant to our team based in Clearwater, Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, your focus will be interacting with customers, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Ensure proper customer communication and answer their questions promptly
• Utilize Office Suite to create and manage spreadsheets for tracking information
• Data input
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in their career. This position requires a candidate that has strong attention to detail, great communication skills and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position that will pay up to $50,000 depending upon experience.

• Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a requirement for this position

• High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum educational requirement
• Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
