We are offering a short term part time contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, based in Federal Way, Washington, United States. The role primarily involves answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and performing data entry tasks, calendaring, setting appointments and working in MS Excel. The candidate will be expected to manage email correspondence, work with a budget sheet and handle document control in a well-structured environment.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls

• Carry out data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Maintain regular email correspondence with customers and team members

• Manage calendar appointments and event scheduling

• Handle document control, including confidential and paper documents

• Coordinate events as per organization's requirements

• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for various tasks

• Manage photocopying and scanning of documents

• Implement procedure documents when required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar
• Proven ability to answer and manage inbound calls effectively
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with email correspondence, able to respond professionally and promptly to inquiries
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, handling each with courtesy and respect
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, able to use these tools to organize and manage information
• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple staff members
• Experience in coordinating events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups
• Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and respect for privacy
• Experienced in managing both paper and digital documents, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible
• Capable of photocopying and scanning documents, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining procedure documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with company standards.
