We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Administrative Assistant with experience and a keen understanding of Excel, Windows, and Outlook. This role will involve timecard management, Excel data entry, and occasional interactions with technicians and new hires. This role is available on a contract-to-hire basis!


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, review, and input data related to employee timecards using our ePay system.
  2. Investigate and search through emails for timecards, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
  3. Interact with technicians occasionally to resolve timecard or Workforce Management proof submission issues, primarily through our text messaging system.
  4. Guide new hires, on rare occasions, through the i-9 process over the phone.
  5. Maintain and update records with a high attention to detail, ensuring all Excel data entries are accurate and not altering pre-existing formulas.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Excel, Windows, and Outlook is a must.
  2. Experience in data entry, administration, or a related role.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to speak up when something doesn't work.
  5. An intuitive nature and willingness to learn new systems.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive learner who is not afraid to say something when a process doesn't seem to be working. This person will be attentive, responsible, capable of working with minimal supervision, and ready to take on the tasks at hand.
