We are in search of a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Benton, Arkansas. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling reception duties, managing extensive data entry tasks, and transitioning into the office's administrative assistant role. This role will also encompass learning how to input data, verify current inventory, procure product, and modify the manufacturer's daily cutting list. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area and handle inbound calls professionally

• Conduct extensive data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Facilitate email correspondence to ensure effective communication

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Engage in order entry processes as required

• Learn and adapt to the process of inputting data into the system

• Verify and maintain updated inventory records

• Assist in the procurement of steel products

• Modify and manage the manufacturer's daily cutting list as needed.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Skilled in managing email correspondence and maintaining detail oriented communication
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and scheduling tasks
• Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Capability to handle order entry tasks efficiently.
