Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage expense reports and reimbursements

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive documents

• Prepare and bind reports as per specific requirements

• Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, including last-minute changes

• Provide proactive support by anticipating and accommodating the attorney's schedule

• Proofread and edit documents with a strong focus on accuracy

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service

• Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks

• Manage email correspondence effectively and professionally

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints in a detail-oriented manner
• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in email correspondence, able to compose, send, and reply to emails effectively
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, input data, and perform basic calculations
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, able to manage emails, schedule appointments, and set up meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create, edit, and present presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Word, able to create, edit, and format documents efficiently
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively
