Job Description
We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in White Plains, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is situated in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support two departments.
• Manage the daily operations of the office, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all relevant documents.
• Assist with the compilation and distribution of meeting agendas.
• Ensure the accurate recording of meeting minutes.
• Manage and update calendars on Microsoft Outlook, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled and attended.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Perform data entry tasks and utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update records.
• Draft and edit written communication such as letters and emails.
• Demonstrated ability in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail oriented manner• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient communication
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing correspondence and schedules
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
