Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing inbound calls, providing customer service, data entry, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls and providing prompt and detail oriented assistance.
• Offering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performing data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records.
• Handling email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
• Proficiently using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Ensuring all office administrative functions are processed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word• Experience in data entry and maintenance of databases
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
• Experience in handling email correspondence and drafting detail oriented emails
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in a staffing and recruitment industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ability to deal with confidential information.
