We are offering a contract for a Sr. Administrative Assistant position in the Commercial Property Management industry, located in Modesto, California.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle confidential and time-sensitive material
• Professionally communicate via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, of high quality, and in a timely manner
• Manage reception and phone duties, including answering inquiries and providing information
• Support office management with administrative duties such as data entry, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain and improve computer and manual filing systems for increased efficiency
• Oversee the reception, sorting, and distribution of mail
• Assist in maintaining accounting procedures for multiple commercial properties
• Process rental payments and input data into company software
• Execute administrative functions such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and administrative duties
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Skyline software is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional phone etiquette, including handling multiple lines and transferring calls
• Proven track record of providing administrative assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and customer service
