We are searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant to become part of our manufacturing team in Austin, Texas. The focus of this role is to facilitate smooth sales operations, offer exceptional customer service, and support sales initiatives to foster the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently handle customer credit applications
• Sustain precise customer credit records
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters, including label requirements and registration and permits requirements
• Manage the customer database within the ERP system and Contract Management Database, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain the accuracy of customer pricelists within the ERP system and document control
• Provide necessary support for customer service and order fulfillment, including entering customer orders and communicating with customers about the status of their orders
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues related to customer orders
• Review and manage inventory from multiple geographic locations to meet customer orders and demands
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, analyze sales data, and build forecasts
• Leverage CRM - Customer Relationship Manager skills to enhance customer service and sales operations.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in administrative assistance and office management
• Strong background in coordinating sales operations and ensuring compliance
• Proficiency in database management and document control
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their role in managing customer relationships
• Exceptional customer service skills and order management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in creating detailed reports for sales and management teams
