Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for the Regional Administrative Assistant:Receive and route visitors and inquiries and issues to the appropriate staffUse Microsoft OfficeTransmit correspondence and medical records via mail, email or faxPerform various clerical and administrative functions, including ordering and maintaining an inventory of suppliesPerform bookkeeping duties, such as preparation of expense reports and maintaining petty cash and receiptsAssist the HSA and DON with recruiting efforts, credentialing, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire documentationUtilization management to include processing offsite referrals, appointments, patient registrations and transport requestsQualificationsQualifications for the Regional Administrative Assistant:High school diploma or GED certificate.
