Our client based in the HOA industry is looking for a professional, organized, and tech savvy Office Administrator to join their team! If you have high quality customer service skills and have worked in a community setting, the Office Administrator role is the position for you!
Location: Mclean, VA
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours a week with some occasional Saturday's
Compensation: $26.00/hr
Job responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence with community residents, via email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Administer security access system for the residents on the property such as parking passes and community app access.
- Schedule and guide contractors on site that handle maintenance request.
- Maintain community website by ensuring content is kept up to date.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Working within a community is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High quality customer service
- Very organized and attentive to detail
- Professional work ethic
