Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs, bookkeeping, filing, tracking accounts.
- Arrange calls, schedules and meetings.
- Manage projects, property and small businesses.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience administrative assistant.
- Must be local with own transportation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in MS Office, Excel Word.
- Fully proficient in QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel, occasional work on weekends.
- Ability to collaborate, prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail
Details:
- 90 day probationary period independent contractor, convert to salary strong to mid-range.
