Seeking an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. Looking for long-term commitment. Looking for someone local.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs, bookkeeping, filing, tracking accounts.
  • Arrange calls, schedules and meetings.
  • Manage projects, property and small businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience administrative assistant.
  • Must be local with own transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be fluent in MS Office, Excel Word.
  • Fully proficient in QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, occasional work on weekends.
  • Ability to collaborate, prioritize and multitask.
  • Attention to detail

Details:

  • 90 day probationary period independent contractor, convert to salary strong to mid-range.
