benjamin.hutchison@forsythbarnes.com About the Role: Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading Sports Organization who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various departments by using data to drive better decision-making across the organization. You will develop, implement, and manage BI reporting, data infrastructure, and analytics projects that directly support business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily BI reporting and analytics needs of the organization, ensuring data accuracy and developing visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards. Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key departments to identify data-driven opportunities. Build and maintain KPI sets and dashboards to continuously monitor performance. Design customer insights, profiles, predictive models, and projections to power data-driven decision-making. Oversee CRM, analytics, and CX platforms, including data collection, segmentation, and lead scoring. Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and support internal users with training and proactive problem-solving. Maintain and update BI department documentation and identify areas for process improvement. Support ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as required. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in data analytics, solving business problems using data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting data to stakeholders.
