Job Description
CVP is seeking a Program Manager with Enterprise Content Management solutions (OpenText) experience in support of our federal healthcare client. This is a mature organization that effectively and efficiently serves the scientific computing and informatics support needs of NIH.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of the Task Order Management Plan and manage resulting task activities following the HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) methodology.
Manage team members and provide direction in support of the OpenText projects.
Manage personnel, operations, and finances for the life cycle of technology projects. Communication with all levels of management, personnel, subcontractors, and client agency representatives.
Direct Agile principles and demonstrate experience in the success of complex projects.
Responsible for the implementation of policies and goals of the client by leading complex initiatives.
Manage Product Delivery Team and apply QA measures to the management and performance of the contract.
Qualifications:
Experience with managing large implementations of the OpenText platform (Federal sector experience preferable).
Experience with document-centric workflows and large-scale digitization.
Knowledge of OpenText suite of applications, particularly, OpenText Content Server and OpenText AppWorks.
Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Possess leadership/managerial experience at the Institute of Health.
10+ years demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, both oral and written.
Experience leading large scale OpenText Enterprise Content Management Solutions with 30+ team members.
Expert knowledge of project development with estimating, scheduling, and tracking project life cycles, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
Knowledge and experience with NIH processes, procedures, technologies, and applications are a strength.
