About the Role:
As a Program Manager supporting our Federal government client, you will lead and oversee a high-priority government initiative aimed at enhancing national infrastructure security and resilience. Your role involves managing a complex program that requires coordination across various government and non-government stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that all program tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and an ability to manage risk while delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Serve as the primary liaison with contracting officers and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Develop and maintain project management plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and oversight to project staff, ensuring that all project objectives are met with high quality. Oversee the preparation and submission of required deliverables, including status reports, financial reports, and other program documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, and standards across all program activities. Manage stakeholder engagements, coordinating meetings, briefings, and other activities to support program goals. Lead the implementation of best practices in program management to ensure continuous improvement and high performance. Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive. Location:
You will work as part of a dynamic team in the metro-accessible Washington, DC area. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements. Required Experience/Skills:
Master’s degree in a related field. A minimum of 10 years of program management experience, preferably within a government or infrastructure-focused environment. Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise in program management. Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and high levels of visibility. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and other key stakeholders. An active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access. Preferred Experience/Skills:
Experience in managing programs related to infrastructure security or national security. Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance standards.
