Position Overview:

The role will be responsible for the prospective financial stewardship of a portfolio of 10-20 hotel investments. The role involves significant cross-collaboration with other Rockbridge teams and provides in-depth exposure to acquisitions, financings, dispositions, risk management, and capital markets. Candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and the ability to think like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the CFO of their portfolio by monitoring and providing analytical support for all financial aspects of an investment, including forecasting, valuation, liquidity management, debt compliance, and reporting to leadership and investors. Develop and maintain complex financial models to steward the investments and facilitate good decision making. Provide analytical and model support for value-add and risk mitigation initiatives. Assist VP in managing individuals and overseeing one or more work streams that comprise the core of Portfolio Management’s responsibilities, including forecasting, valuation, liquidity management, debt compliance, and reporting to leadership and investors. Support Rockbridge’s goal of continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities for process and technological improvements.

Candidate Qualifications:

Entrepreneurial individual with strong work ethic and high level of intellectual capacity, curiosity, and integrity. Advanced excel skills and financial modeling experience. 6 – 10 years of real estate / hospitality and/or private equity fund experience preferred. 4-year college degree. Flexible and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
