We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This position operates in a hybrid workplace and is integral to maintaining accurate records and processing data related to compensation.


Responsibilities:

• Preparing data files, reviewing, and auditing eligibility for various compensation programs.

• Configuration Support for Compensation Planning Tool (SAP SuccessFactors).

• Administering the Annual Compensation Cycle, including daily updates and audits within the comp tool.

• Serving as a tier 1 resource for HRBP questions related to programs, eligibility, and the tool, escalating as needed.

• Assisting with the closure of the comp tool, reviewing pay changes for irregularities and coordinating with HRBPs for clarification.

• Administering the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) vesting and payout process, including creating and auditing import files.

• Conducting Market Analysis for various locations and roles.

• Troubleshooting eligibility issues and partnering with HRIS to resolve any discrepancies.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other tools for compensation benchmarking and analysis.

• Participating in Compensation Administration, including creating pay change import files for Payroll, SAP, and E*Trade for new LTIP grants.


• 5 years+ experience in Compensation Administration

• Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience in Annual Compensation planning and execution

• Familiarity with Global Compensation strategies and practices

• Experience in Compensation Benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures

• Knowledge of Sales Compensation structures and strategies

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
