Robert Half is hiring: Systems Analyst in Eden Prairie

As a Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with supporting existing business systems and implementing new ones to facilitate smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Actively assist in the design, development, and installation of new business systems, configuring both hardware and software components.

• Efficiently process and analyze business requirements and system capabilities to identify potential improvements.

• Conduct thorough testing of business systems to ensure they function as expected.

• Provide support for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational tasks to ensure the continuous functionality of the business systems.

• Develop complex queries and reports, and troubleshoot programmatic issues using your programming and debugging skills.

• Ensure alignment of business system functionality and usability with organizational priorities, enabling end-users to work efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinate work assignments to ensure effective execution and thorough communication of any application initiatives.

• Participate in a team responsible for diagnosing and resolving business system issues, providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.

• Document business systems for efficient and effective support, ensuring technology issues impacting end-users are identified, prioritized, and addressed

Must have experience in SQL and an ERP system to be considered.
