We are seeking a Business Analyst IV to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will be assisting in a project under the Global Cyber Security portfolio, interacting with multiple stakeholders and processes, and managing several technologies. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.


Responsibilities


• Collaborate with project and program manager, ensuring smooth operation of the Netskope for Servers project.

• Manage communication with Application Owners, utilizing pre-approved templates.

• Collect and record responses from App Teams in the shared project trackers.

• Send reminders to application teams about upcoming changes.

• Liaise with Release Management to identify PIV Testers.

• Set up MS Team Support Channels with necessary stakeholders and maintain a regional issue tracker.

• Work closely with the Technical Business Analyst to prepare Jira cards and raise changes in line with Change Management timelines.

• Document and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders and the business.

• Resolve queries from stakeholders at all levels about the outcomes of implementations.

• Facilitate meetings to support all phases of the assigned projects.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports and dashboards by resolving any gaps and inconsistencies.

• Gather requirements and provide expertise to enhance business capability and support the global cyber security organization.

• Coordinate and communicate to implement solutions to end-users.

• Identify and mitigate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing and ensuring developers understand requirements.

• Collaborate with the program team to implement plans, identify requirements, analyze gaps and recommend solutions

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
