We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Technical Business Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is pivotal for our industry, requiring the candidate to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, develop comprehensive documentation, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with both stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define essential business and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including user stories, workflows, technical specifications, and functional requirements.
• Serve as a vital link between business-oriented stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a common understanding of project objectives.
• Analyze existing processes for defining requirements to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Define and document current and future process flows using techniques such as gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Leverage experience in SaaS environments to define requirements for scalable, user-centric, multi-tenant clustered architecture.
• Address additional technical considerations such as API integrations, data elements, role-based security, user accessibility, and back-office admin tools for platform management.
• Lead meetings, interviews, and review sessions to align stakeholders and uncover hidden requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by participating in the creation of test cases, validating functionality against requirements, and ensuring quality delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving requirement-related issues during development and testing phases.
• Stay updated on SaaS trends and best practices, contributing insights that enhance competitive advantage.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Knowledge and experience in CRM
• Ability to perform Gap Analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with AB Testing
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents
• Exposure to Claim Administration
• Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service)
• Experience in working with SaaS Environment, Models, Platforms, Products, and Solutions
• Expertise in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and process documentation
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling and Process Modeling
• Understanding of PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
