Willies Distillery Inc is hiring: Data Clerk & Bookkeeper in Ennis

Our company is currently seeking ​a Data Clerk & Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data 
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties 
• Payroll processing
• Prepare weekly deposits and invoices for the Tasting Room
• Prepare monthly invoices for each state customer
• Tax reporting and insurance requirements
• Ensure timely entries and month end cutoff procedures
• Maintain monthly credit card statements and bank reconciliation  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields with a proficiency in QuckBooks and Microsoft Ofiice software 
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
