Promote Silverado programs and services to prospective residents, clients, and their families from the first call through the initiation of service, including permanent placement in a Silverado community, short-term (respite) stays, day service, comprehensive assessment, care management services, and/or home care services, and/or end-of-life care with the goal of assisting all families and, if needed, referral partiesResponsible for strategic follow-up with residents and familiesPromote family referral programs and act as the sales leader for the communityBenefits
