Overview As the Director of Production Print Business Development, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and market penetration for our Sharp production toner equipment in the US market. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, presales consultants, and technical experts, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for production toner equipment in the US market. Leverage Salesforce in order to better understand current and future product pipeline. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales managers, presales consultants, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Define and implement effective Go-to-Market strategies, leveraging insights into the US dealer distribution channel and BTA (Business Technology Association) business landscape. Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales enablement tools, and marketing campaigns tailored to the US market. Establish strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and channel partners, driving engagement and growth within the BTA segment. Provide strategic guidance and support for complex sales engagements, working closely with presales and technical teams to address customer requirements and technical solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the printing technology industry, with expertise in production toner equipment. Strong understanding of the US dealer distribution channel and BTA business dynamics. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a customer-centric approach. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Occasional travel as needed to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams. Compensation for this position The compensation range for this role is $112,200 - $216,900. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
