Overview:

The Head of Real Estate Sales Specialists will be responsible for managing the team interfacing with Institutional clients to introduce DWS's investment solutions and product capabilities in the alternatives space, with a specific focus on Private Real Estate. This position will aim to drive sales opportunities and relationship management for our Private Real Estate funds and strategies across the Americas region.

Role Details:

Drive sales, AUM retention and client relationship management for the Americas real estate platform as a player and coach.

Manage key real estate clients and prospects in partnership with RMs (Relationship Managers) across the DWS organization.

Cover and build relationships with real estate consultants, working in close tandem with the Consultant Relations team.

Organize and participate in meetings and events (one-on-one meetings, road shows, conferences, etc.) with clients and prospects.

Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading client strategies.

Create a positive impact on the culture for DWS globally and in the Americas as a leader in the organization.

We are looking for:

Extensive experience in investor relations/fundraising/sales, with a proven track record of raising capital in the institutional marketplace for Private Real Estate.

Deep product knowledge in alternative investments with Private Real Estate experience strongly preferred.

BA/BS degree, or equivalent; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or within three months of start date.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to understand all investment nuances but also be able to translate complex investment strategies into an investor-friendly format.

Must be detail-oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to deliver key insights.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $250,000 to $350,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
