A Brief Overview Manages daily execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, online tracking, social media advertising, web content management, and other digital media programs. Ensures communications to clients and prospects are relevant, compelling, targeted, accurate, and distributed at optimal times. Assists with the compilation of marketing analytics reports measuring the success of email marketing and online advertising campaigns. Assists with general website content management. Responsibilities

What you will do Constructs and distributes compelling email campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on audience segmentation and calendar management. Analyzes and reports on email marketing performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. Writes, edits, develops and schedules social media content, ensuring consistency and alignment with campaign messaging. Supports general website content management, including uploading and optimizing web content. Assists with developing and implementing targeted digital campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Tracks and reports on campaign performance metrics across email, social media, and digital platforms to refine strategies. Assists in management of list cleanup for bounce backs of emails to keep databases updated. Recommends and implements strategies for growing databases. Other duties as assigned within similar scope. Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Required 4-6 years of working in marketing or business development. Required 4-6 years of Web and digital advertising. Required 1-3 years Basic photo editing, utilizing software such as Photoshop. Plus 1-3 years of working in the legal or other professional services industry. Plus Practical knowledge and experience in CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) (Required proficiency) Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Required proficiency) Good copywriting and strong proofreading skills. (Required proficiency) Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, Website Content Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. (Required proficiency)
