Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Duties - Supervise and lead a team of sales clerks to achieve sales targets - Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate financial records - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed - Implement strategies to optimize store performance and meet revenue goals - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Conduct staff training sessions and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications - Proven experience in retail sales and management - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff - Proficient in inventory control and administrative tasks - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals - Knowledge of sales techniques, merchandising, and marketing strategies
