Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores located in RI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations Maintain a clean and organized store environment Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales and inventory data Knowledge of retail management best practices
