Role Summary We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to join our team within the Client Prospecting Value Stream. This role is focused on developing and executing on a multi-year roadmap that drives the realization of shared outcomes across the business and technology. You will oversee and partner with talented analysts, architects, and engineers to design, build, test, and enhance solutions for our business using modern technology stacks, creating exceptional experiences for our stakeholders. In this role, you will have accountability for multiple ecosystems, with goals that encompass enhancing capabilities, modernizing the underlying technology stacks, establishing architectural direction, and ensuring financial prudence. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with the goals of the Client Prospecting Value Stream, identifying opportunities for improved sequencing while focusing on successful execution. Work closely with other leaders within and outside the Value Stream to ensure transparency of initiatives. Deliver on team commitments ensuring transparency of work, challenges, blockers, etc. Engage in complex initiatives, guiding teams on effectively identifying and resolving cross-dependencies. Work with various levels of the organization to understand business goals, strategies, capabilities, and processes to ensure cross-team alignment. Facilitate business and technology alignment through a collaborative, supportive, and consultative manner. Create and facilitate cross-team communications to enhance transparency and issue identification and resolution. Identify organizational requirements for the resources, structures, and cultural changes necessary to support execution and delivery. In partnership with a Value Stream Architect, present gap analysis and/or IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT landscape. Coach and develop resources within their teams, building a strong employee base of highly engaged resources with deep technical skills and strong business acumen. Maintain a strong focus on the customer and connected experience to drive the productivity of end users. What You'll Bring: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field of study is ideal but not required. Certifications in delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile are a plus. Previous Experience Five or more years of experience in enterprise-level delivery of IT solutions, including stakeholder management. Five or more years of experience in managing multiple work streams of IT technical delivery through close coordination with Business Leads / Product Managers. Five or more years of experience in SAFe Agile framework and processes, including estimation, scheduling, financial planning, and budgeting. Strong experience managing staffing, identifying resource gaps, and contention issues. Proven experience in talent development, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and active feedback. Proven experience in relationship building. Additional Skills / Knowledge Able to resolve issues independently, analyzing solutions using judgment, knowledge, and prior experience. Excellent leadership skills with the capability to work closely with other Value Streams and Business Areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to tailor communication and present at very senior levels. Effectively and proactively manage expectations. Proven ability to lead teams responsible for driving the advancement of the overall Value Stream roadmap through Agile Ways of Working. Proven success in influencing and working effectively across a broad and complex organization. Ability to foster team collaboration, decision-making, and execution. Knowledge of modern technology ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, service-oriented architecture, APIs, open data, microservices, mobile app development, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management. Knowledge of information management practices and IT services. Understanding of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications and stakeholder management. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business domains and technologies. Salary range:
$160,000-$240,000 Overtime eligible:
