As a PSR I, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drawing blood samples: Accurately and safely collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
• Patient interaction: Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns.
• Specimen processing: Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, following established protocols.
• Administrative duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare
• One(+) year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years' experience in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and specimen processing
