Job Description
We are in need of a Release of Information Customer Service Representative. The Release of Information Customer Service Representative functions within the healthcare industry and involves a long-term contractual agreement. As the Release of Information Customer Service Representative, you will be required to provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:
• Fielding customer inquiries and resolving them promptly and professionally
• Processing customer applications in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on their status
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer service procedures
• Utilizing various software and platforms for customer service tasks, including video conferencing and healthcare related systems
• Adapting to changing customer needs and industry trends to provide the best possible service
• Upholding the company's standards and reputation through excellent customer interaction
• Working with offshore teams to ensure seamless customer service operations
• Implementing customer service best practices learned from previous roles in the industry.
• Proven experience in a customer service role• Familiarity with the healthcare.gov platform
• Understanding of R Code
• Experience in offshore work environments
• Knowledge of TRICARE system
• Ability to effectively use video communication tools
• Proficiency in the use of NIS (Network Information System)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
