We are on the lookout for a diligent Customer Service Representative to be part of our team situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity to handle customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain customer records. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain precise records of customer credit information
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts and respond with appropriate action
• Sort and file customer forms, which may involve lifting light loads
• Locate and retrieve files upon request and cross-train in all processes as needed
• Handle requests from billers via WQs or shared Outlook inboxes
• Sort mail from various sources including lock boxes, USPS, and internal mail routes
• Manage fax sorting and faxing tasks
• Address returned mail by adding flags to each system
• Attach claims and undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned
• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in your role.• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and MS OneNote
• Familiarity with 'About Time' and other computer programs
• Experience in workstation support, scanning, and filing tasks
• Knowledge of claim administration and productivity enhancement techniques
• Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks and work overtime if required
• Experience with printer hardware, fax machines, and other office equipment
• Ability to work with offshore teams and manage computer systems effectively
• Proficiency in operating lock boxes and USPS systems
• Familiarity with TRICARE and other relevant platforms
• Physical fitness for lifting tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
