We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Tucson, Arizona. This role is primarily within the customer service industry and will involve interaction with our administration team and service department.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and interact with customers in a detail oriented manner
• Efficiently process customer requests and inquiries
• Coordinate with the administration team and service department to ensure smooth operations
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer service
• Accurately enter and update customer data in the system
• Handle email correspondence efficiently and detail oriented
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and documentation
• Manage and schedule appointments as required
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
• Ensure all customer service protocols and standards are adhered to• Minimum of two years experience in a customer service role is required.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with email correspondence, responding promptly and detail oriented to customer inquiries.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and detail oriented demeanor.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word is necessary for document creation and management.
• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
• Ability to schedule appointments, managing and coordinating schedules effectively.
