Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound customer calls, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.

• Utilize your call center experience to manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, focusing on de-escalation techniques.

• Keep track of customer interactions and update customer records accurately to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

• Explain the reasons behind the tickets issued to customers, ensuring they understand the process.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proven skills in Call Center Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of calls
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures would be beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be considered as an advantage
