Job Description
LHH is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Coordinator to join our client on the east side of Louisville, KY. This onsite position offers some flexibility in shift scheduling and is expected to last for at least six months. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about products and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
Flexibility to select your preferred work schedule work between the shift options
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
