LHH is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a 2-3 month temporary role in Charlotte, NC! The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for resolving customer issues, recommending solutions, and determining whether queries can be handled quickly on the phone/via email or if they should be transferred to another team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails timely and accurately.

  • Identify customer needs and assist with their specific questions or issues.

  • Assist in processing payments over the phone.

  • Update internal databases with customer information as required.

  • Share customer feedback with leadership to improve processes.

  • Monitor customer complaints and report trends.

  • Share procedural efficiencies and effective workarounds with team members.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.

  • Experience using help desk ticketing software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to successfully multi-task.

  • Ability to be patient when handling tough cases.

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
