Job Description
LHH is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a 2-3 month temporary role in Charlotte, NC! The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for resolving customer issues, recommending solutions, and determining whether queries can be handled quickly on the phone/via email or if they should be transferred to another team member.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and emails timely and accurately.
Identify customer needs and assist with their specific questions or issues.
Assist in processing payments over the phone.
Update internal databases with customer information as required.
Share customer feedback with leadership to improve processes.
Monitor customer complaints and report trends.
Share procedural efficiencies and effective workarounds with team members.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role.
Experience using help desk ticketing software is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully multi-task.
Ability to be patient when handling tough cases.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
