Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Salary: $16 - $18 per hour

Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team for an upcoming onsite project. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in training new staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
