Partners Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Mounty Joy, PA area, this is a Contract to Hire position this is a great opportunity, with a wonderful company.   Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.   $37, 440/annually. 

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, highly organized, and have experience in project management and order processing within the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process and track customer orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring orders are on time and accurate.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure order is completed, invoicing and delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, freight rates, delivery dates and order status
  • Manage customer accounts, including track of order progress ensuring resources are allocated and scheduling of production to meet customer needs.
  • Handle billing adjustments and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all departments are update Keep Sales Representatives informed of relevant customer account activity and collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications:

  • At least one year experience in customer service working in the one of the following areas corrugated packaging/supplies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts and orders simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
