Partners Personnel is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our client in the Augusta, ME area.  This is a Contract to Hire position, with a corporation with great benefits upon hire.  Schedule - Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday -Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On-Site

Pay $36,400 to 40,560/DOE

 Job Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls, troubleshoot and resolve any issues
  • Act as a liaison between client and Sales Account Representative and other internal departments
  • Processing orders and transaction
  • First point of contract for customers answering inquiries about their order and answering any questions about regarding products offered about information regarding company
  • Attend training and customer service meetings
  • Provided information to other departments based on customer feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements

  • 6-12 months administrative customer service, call center, or related area
  • High school Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Strong customer service experience
  • MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong professional demeanor
