Location: Louisville, KY (On-site)

Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Louisville, KY. This is an on-site, contract role for the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of call center experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up on customer calls as necessary.
Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of call center experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
