Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an outstanding level of service. You will interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media to address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and finding the best solution.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with the management team.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other customer service tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
