Zev Supplies Corp is hiring: Customer service specialist in Pompano Beach

We are a breast pump company looking for a full time customer service specialist to assist our moms with their breast pump.

Requirements:

• Provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
• Manage daily call reports
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as well as understand how to troubleshoot our breast pumps.
• Be a team player and work in a team environment

• This is a full time position in the office
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
• Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
