Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Execute payroll processing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

• Utilize the Accountmate ERP system for various accounting functions

• Perform regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records

• Handle billing functions and resolve customer inquiries as needed

• Leverage various accounting software systems to streamline financial operations

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and implement financial procedures

• Regularly update and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Take appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is expected
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Proven skills in Auditing are crucial
• Expertise in Billing Functions is needed
