Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently oversee the transactional duties of local financial teams, including billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (G/L), and inventory accounting.

• Collaborate closely with operations to align financial and operational objectives.

• Provide consultation and education on complex financial and operational matters to various departmental leaders to guide business decisions.

• Take direct responsibility for the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts.

• Perform variance analysis to monitor financial performance against standards.

• Ensure a timely month-end close.

• Foster integration and process control among various sites, encouraging standardized practices and streamlined operations.

• Utilize Business Central for various accounting functions.

• Adhere to US GAAP guidelines in all accounting operations.

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and efficacy in all financial operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Auditing procedures
• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively
• Proficiency in using Business Central 365
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of US GAAP standards
• Experience in Inventory Accounting
• Competence in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Skilled in Variance Analysis
• Proficiency in managing General Ledger
