Our client, a rapidly growing technology company based in Torrington, CT is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist with strong accounting knowledge and experience in QuickBooks Online. This position will be responsible for managing the general ledger system, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy of our financial records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign entries to general ledger
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Manage full cycle of accounts payable/receivable
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Heavy account reconciliations
  • Work with QuickBooks Online for ledger management and other accounting operations

Qualification and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in an accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
