We are on the hunt for a dedicated Accounting Manager. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you'll be leading the shared services teams, with a focus on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You'll also be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary measures.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring shared services teams.

• Generating reports on vital metrics such as payment processing, billing accuracy, and cash application efficiency.

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Overseeing the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Management of Accounting Functions within the team.

• Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ensuring accurate maintenance of customer credit records.

• Managing Billing Functions within the organization.

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, with a focus on their application in an accounting context.
• Proficiency in managing all core accounting functions, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Proven expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), encompassing tasks such as invoice generation, payment collections, and debtor management.
• Competence in overseeing billing functions, with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely invoice creation, distribution, and record-keeping.
