Role Objective:


The primary function is to perform standard accounting and administrative tasks for various companies.


Essential Job Tasks:

  • Accurately maintaining record of sales.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Maintains general ledger.
  • Maintains and reconciles account balance for multiple checking and credit card accounts.
  • Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management.
  • Records and pays supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Issue invoices to customers.
  • Process payroll.
  • Process new hire paperwork including payroll and healthcare.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Environment:

  • Work is generally performed within an office environment at the company office in Ocoee, Florida with standard office equipment available.
  • Work will also need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role may require work after standard office hours.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25-50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside and outside of the office.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Constantly operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.
  • Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently.

Travel:

  • Limited travel may be required to attend company-sponsored corporate events or visit customers and potential customers.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position.

Work Authorization:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
